OxSim is portable, compact, affordable and easy to use — a simulator that lets you quickly determine whether or not a monitor’s SpO2 pulse oximeter functions and finger probe are working properly. The OxSim’s two button design simplifies operation without sacrificing simulation features. The Mode button toggles between different saturation values, heart rates, and perfusion levels. The Type button allows the user to select different R-curves for probes that are not detected automatically by the OxSim. Optical simulation allows you to test the whole system, from the sensor to the monitor, without adaptor cables to purchase or carry.
It’s small enough to fit in your shirt pocket, and provides ten hours of continuous simulation time on a single AA battery. The OxSim is the pulse oximeter tester biomeds have been needing all these years.
